Our incomparable Penthouse apartment suite is the most unique apartment of its kind in the entire State of Pennsylvania. This 2,400 square foot gem is
bigger than most single-family homes and boasts many of the luxuries that many houses wish they had. When you enter the Penthouse, luxury welcomes you
with a tiled floor and the first of THREE skylights to further illuminate the splendor of fine living.
Entering the apartment, to your left is the spacious living room with its large bay windows opening up more than half of the apartment to stunning and
unimpeded views, including the sun setting over the mountains. When you are done admiring the view, you can either check your email or write a memo in
the den/office room or escape to the majesty of the master bedroom suite. The master bedroom features a skylight, two walk-in closets, a shower, and a
jacuzzi tub. For your convenience, there is also a washer/dryer hookup in one of the walk-in closets.
Leaving the master bedroom, you are attracted by the light coming from the kitchen. The skylight really brightens the cabinets, the tiled floor, and the
long countertops as well as the side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas stove. The open design dining room has a chandelier and a dimmer switch so
that you can adjust lighting for any occasion. Closet space is without question plentiful in every bedroom, including a walk-in closet in the second
bedroom suite which comes with its own bathroom and shower.
